There’s a limit to the number of lives that I care about. Asking me for compassion is a mistake.
This is an illustration I did for the August 2014 issue of Popular Science Magazine. The assignment was to show a scifi take on human aging in the future. I wanted to do something relatively positive, so I drew a lady whose life has been been prolonged through cybernetic enhancements and augmentation, so she gets to spend time with her great-great-great-great grandchildren.
Thanks to AD Michelle Mruk!
Wonderful! You have a lot of talent!
Can’t get decent wifi in my dorms so I’ve been sketching out my frustrations SOB
The Multiversity #1
but also shout out to black zatanna in the cut
Let’s take a moment to appreciate how amazing Asami is in this scene. She is a nonbender along with powerful benders at this very moment but she was the first one to throw herself out there to take that guard down. She doesn’t have bending but she showed you just how powerful she is even without it. Never mess with Asami Sato.

You call it a fucking Longma. We have those. That’s right.
